L'approche th\u00e9rapeutique de Laura est centr\u00e9e sur la compassion et la chaleur. Elle croit qu'un environnement th\u00e9rapeutique s\u00fbr permet aux gens de trouver leur propre voix, et elle est passionn\u00e9e par la cr\u00e9ation de cet espace pour les clients.<\/p>

Laura est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le traitement de trouble obsessionnel-compulsif (TOC)<\/a> et les traumatismes. Elle accueille des patients confront\u00e9s \u00e0 diverses difficult\u00e9s, notamment l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, la d\u00e9pression et les questionnements existentiels.<\/p>

Dans le cadre de sa pratique int\u00e9grative, Laura s'appuie principalement sur la th\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC), la th\u00e9rapie psychodynamique (TPD), la th\u00e9rapie comportementale dialectique (TCD) et la th\u00e9rapie d'exposition et de pr\u00e9vention de la r\u00e9ponse (EPR). Elle est \u00e9galement en mesure de proposer une approche fond\u00e9e sur la foi chr\u00e9tienne, si cela rev\u00eat une importance particuli\u00e8re pour vous.<\/p>

Laura est titulaire d'un master en accompagnement psychologique et spiritualit\u00e9 de l'Universit\u00e9 Saint-Paul, ainsi que d'une licence en psychologie de l'Universit\u00e9 Wilfrid Laurier. Elle a suivi des formations compl\u00e9mentaires dans des domaines tels que la prise en charge des traumatismes, la gestion de crise et l'accompagnement des victimes de la traite des \u00eatres humains.<\/p>
