Gal is a compassionate therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can deepen self-awareness, process life’s challenges, and reconnect with their inner resilience. She believes healing begins from within—and that each person is the expert of their own life.

Gal is committed to creating a safe space where clients can deepen their self-awareness, gain a fuller understanding of themselves, and tap into their inner resilience. At the heart of her practice is the belief that each client is the expert of their own life and healing comes from within. Through a collaborative approach, she helps clients recognize their ability to overcome challenges, gain insight and self-acceptance, with the goal of creating meaningful change.
Blending humanistic, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, Gal tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to provide personalized support. By fostering a strong therapeutic rapport, she empowers clients to see that they are not defined by their past and have the strength to flourish despite setbacks.
Gal is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. She works with anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, attachment-related concerns, and personal growth; helping clients navigate challenges and build a more meaningful life.
