Ashley Lawrence is a Registered Psychotherapist working collaboratively with each client toward positive growth and personal strength.

Ashley graduated with a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and has recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Eating Disorders from Plymouth State University. As a firm believer in positivity, Ashley empowers each client in finding effective strategies in dealing with their unique struggles and encourages them to reconnect with values and goals most important to them.

Much of her practice incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and positive psychology. She is supportive of individuals with various presenting problems, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, coping with diabetes, chronic illness and eating disorders. Ashley is dedicated to working with her clients to increase understanding, offer support and increase resiliency.

Ashley offers individual therapy both in person and over the phone.
