The Resiliency Clinic has a mission to provide quality psychology and psychotherapy services to the Ottawa community with both in person and virtual therapy. Those seeking support will find an empathetic, non-judgmental approach, focused on empowering clients to see their potential for growth and change. Presenting issues include feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, post-partum depression, work concerns, interpersonal relationships, trauma, and eating disorders. We of course welcome people from diverse cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQ community.
We do offer both CBT and mindfulness training in group therapy form and have seen wonderful progress for many participants – contact us to learn more.
