The Resiliency Clinic has a mission to provide quality psychology and psychotherapy services to the Ottawa community with both in person and virtual therapy. We also provide virtual therapy by phone or video to clients all across Ontario. What does a first appointment look like? Read what to expect from therapy here to learn more.
Those seeking support will find an empathetic, non-judgmental approach focused on empowering clients to see their potential for growth and change. Presenting issues include feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, shame and stress. We also treat struggles with obsessions and compulsions, post-partum depression and anxiety, work concerns, interpersonal relationships, trauma, and eating disorders. We welcome people from diverse cultural backgrounds with an effort to be culturally sensitive, and we welcome members of the LGBTQ community.

What is the cost of therapy?
The fees vary, but generally, the psychotherapists’ fees range from $150 to $185 per session. Please reach out to us to find out more. Most insurance plans do cover at least some of the cost of therapy, and some plans have increased coverage considerably.
