Gracie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She provides a warm and caring environment while she helps clients address their concerns and create change in their lives.

Gracie completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University while working as a Registered Nurse. During her nursing career, Gracie saw the impact of mental health concerns on so many of her patients, and wanted to build deeper, more long-term connections with those in need.

Gracie’s work is based on influences from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions-Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness approaches. Gracie’s practice also aligns with the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. 

Gracie is passionate about working from an anti-oppressive standpoint to ensure that all clients are treated with respect and dignity regardless of age, race, culture, gender, religion, body size, sexual/affectional orientation, socioeconomic status, or disability status.

Gracie enjoys working with clients of all ages, including adolescents. She helps clients with many types of challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger, living with autism, ADHD, diabetes, relationship/interpersonal issues, and those looking to heal their relationships with food and their bodies.

Gracie is able to provide services in both English and French, virtually or in person, and sees clients aged 16 and older. Her hours are flexible, and include late afternoon and evening appointments. She offers free 15 minute telephone consultations before booking an appointment.
