Gracie completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University in 2024. She is currently also working as a Registered Nurse and looks forward to moving into her psychotherapy career full time to build deeper, more long-term connections with her clients.

Gracie’s work is based on influences from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness. Gracie’s practice aligns with the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. She also loves to involve experiential and creative therapies in her work, such as drawing exercises and visualisation techniques.

Gracie is passionate about working from an anti-oppressive standpoint to ensure that all clients are treated with respect and dignity regardless of age, race, culture, gender, religion, body size, sexual/affectional orientation, socioeconomic status, or disability status.

Gracie has a special interest in working with teens and young adults, individuals on the autism spectrum, individuals with diabetes, and those looking to heal their relationships with food and their bodies.

Gracie is able to provide services in both English and French, virtually or in person.
