Therapist / Intern
Izzy is completing her psychotherapy internship at Resiliency Clinic from May to December of 2025. She is completing her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, having previously obtained a Combined Honors degree in Neuroscience and Biology with a minor in Psychology from Carleton University. Izzy has several years of experience working in clinical settings, supporting individuals with a range of concerns including stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and more. She is working towards registration as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Izzy has a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of the human experience and a passion for helping individuals on their journey to wellness. As such, she takes an evidence-based and holistic approach to counselling, and strives to foster a safe and accepting space for you to work towards personal growth and well-being. Izzy takes an integrative, collaborative, and individualized approach that draws from cognitive behavioural, strengths-based, and humanistic approaches.
She is offering both virtual and in-person services for adults 18+.
