Kaylee recognizes the strength and courage it takes to seek support and prioritizes building a
strong therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and respect. She offers a non-judgmental,
compassionate, and empathetic space where clients feel safe to share their unique stories.
Kaylee genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being and is committed to walking alongside
them in their healing journey.

Working from an integrative lens, Kaylee draws from various evidence-based approaches,
including person-centered, cognitive-behavioural, dialectical-behavioural, and emotion-focused
therapies. Her practice emphasizes acceptance, compassion, encouragement, and
empowerment, and she provides unconditional positive regard to support clients in achieving
their personal goals.

Kaylee is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of
Ontario. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a
Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Science. She works with adults (18+) navigating a variety of
challenges, with a focus on mood disorders, anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles,
interpersonal difficulties, and maternal mental health concerns, including postpartum
depression, anxiety, and infertility struggles.
