Kiersten Grantham is an intern working towards registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Linguistics and brings over 10 years of experience working in fast-paced healthcare environments.
Kiersten works with adults 18 and over, navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic stress and emotional exhaustion. She also has a strong focus on supporting individuals through the emotional complexities of fertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum and parenting. These life transitions are often accompanied by profound psychological shifts, where she aims to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to explore these experiences.
Her therapeutic approach integrates cognitive, humanistic, strength-based and acceptance-focused frameworks. At the heart of her work is the belief that a secure, non-judgmental and collaborative therapeutic relationship is essential for healing and growth. She is committed to offering a compassionate and grounded space where clients feel supported in their journey toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate their unique paths toward emotional well-being.
