Meghan is a client-centered therapist who believes therapy works best when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. She brings warmth, curiosity, and an open mind to her work, meeting you where you are and creating space to explore what matters most.

Drawing from relational, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic approaches, Meghan supports you in understanding your emotions, exploring inner experiences, and noticing patterns that may be showing up in your relationships and life. Her approach is conversational, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Meghan works with clients aged 16+ who may be navigating relational challenges, life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, identity exploration, and reproductive health, including infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum adjustment. She recognizes that what initially brings someone to therapy may change over time. As challenges evolve and priorities shift, she remains committed to offering support that feels authentic, responsive, and meaningful.

Meghan holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Carleton University. She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Meghan offers sessions in person and online through a secure video platform.
