Annie Brebner is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and has a research background in inhibition and behavioural control in psychopathy from a placement at the University of Oxford.
Annie completed her clinical training at the Emotional Health CBT Clinic in Montreal, where she gained extensive experience in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety-related disorders. She is passionate about supporting adults, young adults and teens struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD, by helping them build a personalized ‘toolkit’ of strategies to promote emotion regulation and healthier coping.
Annie’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, flexible, and non-judgmental, recognizing that every individual has a unique story and most importantly, unique personal strengths! She tailors therapy to each client’s specific needs and goals, ensuring a supportive space for individuals to build their confidence, increase self-awareness, and see positive, meaningful change.
Annie offers flexible hours and virtual-only sessions for clients ages 16+.
