Ashley is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa and obtained an Honours BA in Psychology from Brock University. Ashley has studied behaviour extensively while completing an Advanced Diploma in Behavioural Science at St. Lawrence College.

Ashley brings her understanding of behaviour into her sessions while using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach. She helps her clients understand how negative thinking can contribute to unwanted behaviours and unpleasant feelings and works with them to create meaningful change. Combined with CBT, Ashley also includes Attachment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy elements in her work. Her approach to therapy allows individuals to feel safe and supported while empowering them to take steps towards improving their mental health.

Ashley provides support for a wide array of symptoms and presenting concerns, including feelings of depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal stress, body image concerns, work burnout and living with chronic health conditions.

Ashley provides individual therapy for adults (18+). Burnout, work related stress treatment available.
