Gracie is a student of Yorkville University completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology while also currently working as a Registered Nurse. She looks forward to moving into psychotherapy work full time after graduation to build deeper, long-term connections with her clients.

Gracie works from a Solutions-Focused and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy standpoint with influences from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and mindfulness. Gracie’s practice aligns with the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. She also loves to involve experiential and creative therapies in her work, such as drawing exercises and visualisation techniques.

Gracie is passionate about working from an anti-oppressive standpoint to ensure that all clients are treated with respect and dignity regardless of age, race, culture, gender, religion, body size, sexual/affectional orientation, socioeconomic status, or disability status.

Gracie has a special interest in working with clients with anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses, and those looking to heal their relationships with food and their bodies.

Gracie is able to provide services in both English and French.
