She prioritizes creating a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients, built on the foundation of trust and respect. She provides a non-judgmental, safe, compassionate, and empathetic environment for clients to share their unique stories. Kaylee genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients.
Kaylee works from an integrative lens, pulling aspects from a variety of therapeutic approaches including person-centered, cognitive-behavioural, dialectical-behavioural, emotion-focused, solution-focused, strength-based, and mindfulness-based techniques. She focuses on acceptance, encouragement, empowerment, while offering unconditional positive regard and validation, to best support her clients to achieve their goals.
Kaylee is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the Yorkville University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Science. Kaylee works with individuals over 18, who face challenges with anxiety, depression, addictions, emotional regulation, trauma, anger, low self-esteem, and interpersonal challenges.
