Keltie Gardiner | She/Her
Her therapy sessions aim to help clients understand and process their experiences while also identifying their unique strengths to build resilience and find peace.
Registered Psychotherapist
Keltie (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Keltie is a graduate of Saint Paul University’s Master of Arts in Counselling and
Spirituality, specializing in individual therapy. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Communications and Media Studies and Psychology.
Keltie creates a warm, empathetic environment, occasionally lightened by humour, as she helps clients address root causes and move toward real personal growth.
She works with a range of concerns, including trauma, complex trauma and PTSD, burnout, perfectionism, and attachment-related issues. Her practice is trauma-informed and draws on emotion-focused and psychodynamic/attachment therapies. Sessions focus on understanding clients’ experiences and how they feel about them, then identifying strategies rooted in each person’s strengths to help them build resilience and find peace.
Keltie isn’t taking new clients right now. Michelle Sorensen, registered clinical psychologist and founder, personally matches every new inquiry, so reach out through our contact page and she’ll connect you with the right therapist.
