Raphaela is currently completing her Master of Arts degree in Counselling and Spirituality at St. Paul’s University Ottawa. Raphaela will be completing her practicum placement at Resiliency Clinic over the span of 8 months. Raphaela offers an integrative strength-based approach that is client centered and draws from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Narrative theories.
Raphaela provides a relaxed and calming space that seeks to support individuals on their authentic journey. Raphaela works closely with clients to explore their strengths, personal experiences, and personal expressions of their life. As part of this journey, Raphaela has a special interest in using different forms of art (when it’s of interest to the client), such as writing, music, and visual images, as a personal sharing of experience and expression.
Raphala offers both virtual and in person hours to individuals 18 and older.
