Affordable Therapy
Sliding Scale therapy Services
Our sliding scale payment model ensures that everyone has access to the care they need, regardless of their financial situation. At Resiliency Clinic, we believe that everyone should have access to quality mental health services, and we are committed to making that a reality.
What is Sliding Scale Therapy?
Sliding scale therapy is a payment model used by some therapists. Under this model, the fee for therapy services is adjusted based on the client’s income, insurance coverage, and ability to pay.
This approach is designed to make mental health services more accessible to people from all economic backgrounds. Sliding scale therapy is perfect for you if you are unable to afford the full fee which ranges from $160-185 per session for psychotherapy services, depending on the therapist. Unlike traditional psychotherapy with a fixed rate, therapists may offer some spots in their schedule with a lower fee, such as $125 per session using the sliding scale model.
To find out who has a spot available, please contact Michelle, our clinical director, via our contact page.
In addition, we have sliding scale spots available through our internship program. Master level interns, as part of their training, complete a practicum at the Resiliency Clinic. Our interns are experienced professionals and offer excellent care, but their fee is lower as these hours are part of their training and development to become licensed professionals. Please submit a request here (submit link) or call the clinic to learn more.
At the moment, our interns are Gracie Cooper and Stephanie Kaczer and you can also request them through the website. We look forward to hearing from you!
