Alana is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and offers virtual and in person psychotherapy options for individuals of all ages with a special focus on teens and young adults. Alana is passionate about helping her clients break free of the hold their mental health has on their lives. She has experiencing treating clients with anxiety, depression, burnout, disordered eating, negative body image, and low self-esteem, using a trauma sensitive approach.

Whether you are struggling with regulating your emotions, developing coping strategies, managing your stress, perfectionism, or low self-esteem, Alana believes that we all deserve to feel at peace in our body and truly love the skin we are in. She draws upon her own lived experience while incorporating aspects of cognitive behavioural and solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion to aid in your healing journey. Alana is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process past trauma.

Alana believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing and will work collaboratively with you to create the right treatment approach.

Alana offers flexible hours and in-person or virtual therapy options for older adolescents and adults.
