Vivian’s therapeutic approach centers on the client’s needs and draws from humanist, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapies. Vivian works from an anti-oppressive perspective and provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for clients to share their stories.
She provides counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals 16 and over experiencing a variety of personal difficulties, including depression, anxiety, grief, work stress and self-esteem issues. Vivian has clinical experience working with clients navigating life transitions, trauma, relationship and attachment-related issues, family dynamics, and perfectionism.
Vivian emphasizes the client as the expert of their lives and seeks to help clients rediscover their strengths. With Vivian, clients can build awareness and bring insight into their lives to strengthen their resiliency and make meaningful changes. Vivian has a special focus in her practice on supporting clients living with chronic illness, including Type 1 diabetes and other autoimmune conditions.
She offers flexible hours with both virtual and in-person options for clients aged 16 and over.
