Psychothérapeute agréé
Vivian is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Her approach centers on the client’s needs and draws on humanist, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapies. She works from an anti-oppressive perspective and provides a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients to share their stories.
She works with individuals aged 16 and over facing a range of personal difficulties, including depression, anxiety, grief, work stress, and self-esteem. She has clinical experience supporting clients through life transitions, trauma, relationship and attachment-related issues, family dynamics, and perfectionism.
Vivian sees the client as the expert in their own life and helps them rediscover their strengths. Clients build awareness, gain insight, and make changes that strengthen their resilience. She has a particular focus on supporting clients living with chronic illness, including Type 1 diabetes and other autoimmune conditions.
Vivian isn’t taking new clients right now. Michelle Sorensen, registered clinical psychologist and founder, personally matches every new inquiry, so reach out through our contact page and she’ll connect you with the right therapist.
