Registered Psychotherapist (She/Her)

Cynthia works collaboratively with clients by tailoring each session to meet their unique needs. She has experience supporting individuals who face challenges related to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationships, work issues, coping skills, school stress, trauma and suicidal ideation. She provides services in English to adults 18+ and has an interest in working with youth and university students. 
 
To help her clients meet their goals and reach their potential, Cynthia draws upon various approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Supportive Counselling, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions, as well as incorporating self-compassion and mindfulness. She strives to make her practice LGBTQ+ friendly.
 
Cynthia holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She offers teletherapy, with appointments available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
