Resiliency Clinic Beth Ottawa Therapy Apr 2026

Psychothérapeute agréé (qualification)

Beth is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with teens aged 16 and over, and adults navigating anxiety, chronic pain, stress, phobias, body image, low mood, self-esteem, and life transitions. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through perinatal mental health and infertility, offering a compassionate space to process the emotional complexities that can come with these journeys.

Beth’s approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. She strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are, and where they can explore their experiences openly and at their own pace. She recognizes that each person’s story is unique and tailors her approach to align with each client’s individual needs and goals. Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Beth works with clients to better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while also building practical skills to support meaningful, lasting change.

In addition to her clinical training, Beth’s background working in a government role and as a dance teacher shapes her understanding of the pressures, expectations, and self-discipline many individuals navigate in their daily lives, which she thoughtfully integrates into her clinical work.

Beth holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa, as well as an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions. Beth offers free initial 15 minute phone consultations, as a first step before booking.
