Psychothérapeute agréé

Keltie is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She creates a warm and empathetic environment, occasionally lightened by humour, as she guides clients towards addressing root causes and fostering personal growth.

She addresses a range of concerns, including depression, avoidance, burnout, perfectionism, and attachment-related issues. Her practice is trauma-informed and utilizes a blend of emotion-focused and psychodynamic/attachment therapies. Keltie is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based psychotherapy used for processing traumatic memories. Her sessions focus on understanding clients’ experiences and how they feel about them as well as on identifying strategies based on their unique strengths to help them build resilience.

Keltie is currently accepting new clients who are seeking support as they move towards recovery. It can be difficult to know what to expect from therapy and find a therapist you can connect with. Keltie offers free 15-minute consultations so clients can have a better idea of what therapy would look like with her.

Keltie is a graduate of Saint Paul University’s Master of Arts in Counselling and Spirituality, specializing in individual therapy. She holds bachelor’s degrees in both Communications & Media Studies and Psychology.
