Crystal Tierney is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works from a trauma and body-centered perspective. She is passionate about instilling an empowering framework into her practice. Crystal helps individuals on their transformative healing journey, which may include working through a history of trauma, anxiety, anger, depression, or guilt and shame. She works with modalities including tending to the nervous system, mindfulness, and helping individuals draw upon their own restorative practices.

Crystal has continued training in trauma-sensitive mindfulness, narrative therapy approaches to trauma, and polyvagal approaches to therapy. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher and provides trauma-sensitive practices and workshops that support survivors.

She is a compassionate, open, and radically accepting practitioner. Here, all parts of the self are welcome. She provides individual therapy for adults 18 and over, and welcomes hearing from new clients.
