Registered Psychotherapist

Daniele Robert is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Carleton University.
Daniele works with individuals over 18 who face challenges with stress and anxiety, anger, trauma, attachment concerns, ADHD, and concurrent disorders.

Daniele works from a non-judgmental, compassionate perspective. She offers a collaborative stance to allow clients to fully involve themselves in creating a therapeutic path that feels right to them. Daniele provides a structured, yet relaxed approach, offering clients the opportunity to provide feedback throughout their sessions.

Daniele’s therapeutic approach is integrative, practicing from many modalities such as EMDR, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based, Trauma-Focused and Psychodynamic Therapy. Daniele also pulls from her neuroscience background to provide insight into how the brain changes and adapts to mental health conditions.

Counselling services are available in person, over the phone, or via virtual counselling. Burnout and work-related stress treatments are available.
